Led a team of supply chain stakeholders to develop processes improve balance sheet holdings.

This project was in in the chemicals sector and involved identifying root causes for the accumulation of working capital and developing corrective actions. Through value stream mapping exercises, inventory turn analysis and challenging S&OP methods a working capital reduction of $21M was realized over a 12-month period.

The result was a sustainable lower threshold of inventory holdings and a revised order-to-manufacture process.
