Meet OpX Partners Principal & Founder, Chris DiMascio

Chris DiMascio works closely with client executives to develop and execute strategies for business growth and productivity improvement. As a senior advisor with broad operations experience, Chris brings a hands-on, realistic view to strategy development and a has successfully translated his global experience to the dynamics of small and medium-sized manufacturers.

With a leadership background himself, and with expertise in strategy, operational excellence and project management, Chris helps leaders define a clear vision for the business and develop realistic, time-bound tactics to make that vision a reality.

Chris has over 30 years of experience in engineering and operations across multiple industries. Prior to entering consulting, Chris accumulated significant experience in operations management within various industries including plastics, automotive, metal fabrication and chemical processes. He has led business operations with the responsibility for both domestic and foreign manufacturing and established a reputation for developing strong operational excellence programs and implementing a solid project management skillset.

Chris’ unique experience in developing stakeholder engaged operational excellence programs coupled with his success in improving manufacturing efficiencies and in leading new plant design and construction provides DVIRC clients access to large array of know-how.

Chris holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA from Penn State University along with an Executive Strategic Planning certificate from Booth Business School at the University of Chicago and executive training with the London School of Business.
